85 Broads Cincinnati invites you to our 3rd Annual Chocolate Competition on Thursday, August 8th, 2013 from 5:30 pm to 8 pm at the Cincinnati Ballet Company. In partnership with the Cincinnati Chocolate Festival, we will be supporting charities in the Greater Cincinnati area with a night of wine, cappuccino and CHOCOLATE!
Housed in the beautiful Cincinnati Ballet Building, the Chocolate Amateur Chef Bake Off will include:

All proceeds from the 3rd Annual 85 Broads Amateur Chocolate Chef Bake Off will support the Isaac M. Wise Temple Sisterhood whose projects include the YWCA Battered Women’s Shelter, Dress for Success, Interfaith Hospitality Network, The Bedtime Bundles Program serving children at the YWCA Battered Women’s Shelter, The Assistance League of Greater Cincinnati, The Lincoln Heights Health Center, Pro Kids and the Cinderella Project. Please join us in witnessing, as these charities have, the healing powers of Chocolate!
Our emcee for the night will be Amy Tobin, owner of Taramy Enterprises, a company that provides expert product consultation, recipe creation and relevant media presentations for some of the best-known brands in food, culinary education and lifestyle entertainment. Amy hosts a weekly radio show, “Amy’s Table,” on Q102 FM (101.9). She also is the Culinary Director of EQ at the Party Sourcein Northern Kentucky and offers regular lifestyle tips and recipes on the weekly TV show HomeWoRx with Gary Sullivan, as well as on his radio show, At Home with Gary Sullivan, which airs in 152 markets and on XM Satellite Radio. Amy also is a culinary consultant with several food brands, including Dole, J.M. Smucker and Pillsbury.
The 3rd Annual Chocolate Amateur Chef Bake Off will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2013 from 5:30 pm to 8 pm at the Cincinnati Ballet at 1555 Central Parkway, Cincinnati, OH. Admission is $25 for chocolate tasters and $25 for chocolate bakers.
