Third Annual 21st Century Trivia Bowl

This double elimination challenge will determine the winner of the 21st Century Trivia Bowl. The 2014 trivia bowl includes wildcards and questions that progress in difficulty during each turn. This year we will have a surprise for match play. It will not disrupt the main format - it'll just add a little spice!

Here are the categories for this year’s competition:

  • Food
  • 50 States
  • Entertainment
  • Sports
  • Things you Should Know by 10th Grade
  • Potpourri

Though it is double elimination, each team will be guaranteed 3 games.

This year, every registrant will be entered for a chance to win an iPad! If your team doesn't make it to the final round you still might leave with a prize for the day.

What does your money do for Look Both Ways? We provide 100% free conferences for local youth to inform them about reproductive health.

In March 2013 we again held a young girls conference and had over 25 participants. During the day they learned how to be fit and make healthy food choices, and they developed skills to make informed decisions about their health. Look Both Ways provided a nutritious meal and gave out complimentary lunch coolers and reusable water bottles for the girls to take home. Participants also received their own yoga mat to keep after the yoga session!

Recently in 2013, Look Both Ways donated textbooks (written by Dr. Betsy Cairo, Director of Look Both Ways) to a local high school for their Reproductive Development Class, now in its second year of pilot.  Both the textbook and the semester long class are the first of their kind and a significant step forward in adolescent health education.  The in-depth class focuses on reproductive health and the wide array of topics relevant to adolescent health and development.
