UNDER BOOK A ROOM, enter the dates ranging from September 9-11, 2013.
Click ADD SPECIAL RATE CODES. Under Group Code, insert WTW.
Click "Check Availabilty" ...
You will see your group block name and all of the rooms types and rates that are available to be booked.
Guests will proceed to make their own reservations using their own credit cards to guarantee their rooms.
The rates are as follows:
Standard Queens ~ Contain (2) Queen Beds = $77.00 plus tax
Standard Kings ~ Contain (1) King Bed = $77.00 plus tax
Every room contains a microwave and refrigerator. All guests receive a hot breakfast each morning.

Option A: 2-5 p.m. Bicycle Tour Fort Monroe, Virginia's newest National Monument-bring your own bike for a tour of Fort Monroe in Newport News (tour is 1.5 hours, then enjoy fort on your own) Limit 20
Option B: 2-4 p.m. on the half hour--Tour historic St. Luke’s Church and Museum circa 1632. (Cost $3).
Option C:: Town of Smithfield Historic Walking Tour (self-guided brochure in packet).
Option D: Explore other nearby attractions on your own. Isle of Wight County Museum, Bacon’s Castle, Forts Huger and Boykin, , Boykins Tavern Museum or Chippokes Plantation State Park
