These are our founding principles here at Le Pain Quotidien and the ones Alain Coumont, our founder, would like to share with you for an afternoon at our Fashion Island Bakery. 

Join us for a unique class led by Alain himself to celebrate our new cookbook, Le Pain Quotidien Cookbook.  You will learn the art of baking artisanal loaves in our bakery and how to create a delicious tartine using only the freshest organic ingredients as inspiration.  There will be creations to take home and plenty to be enjoyed together at the communal table for a lovely supper while listening to stories of how Alain and Le Pain Quotidien began.

Each student will receive a copy of Le Pain Quotidien Cookbook with the price of registration and have the opportunity to have it signed by Alain Coumont.
