RX - The MEN should be able to:
   - Clean & Jerk 185lbs
   - Thruster 135lbs
   - Deadlift 315lbs
   - Snatch 135lbs
   - Perform at least one Muscle Up
   - 30 consecutive Double Unders
   - 10 kipping handstand push ups
   - Rope Climb
   - Run 400m in 1:20

RX - The WOMEN should be able to:
   - Clean & Jerk 113lbs
   - Thruster 73lbs
   - Deadlift 203lbs
   - Snatch 83lbs
   - 5 consecutive chest to bar pull ups
   - 30 consecutive Double Unders
   - 5 kipping handstand push ups
   - Rope Climb
   - Run 400m in 1:30

SCALED - The MEN should be able to:
   - Clean & Jerk 135lbs
   - Thruster 95lbs
   - Deadlift 275lbs
   - Snatch 95lbs
   - Muscle ups NOT required
   - 10 consecutive Double Unders

   - Run 400m in 1:35

SCALED - The WOMEN should be able to:

   - 1 kipping handstand push up to 1 abmat
   - Run 400m in 1:45

The event venue is on Treasure Island, conveniently located five minutes from either San Francisco or Oakland. Our address is 200 California Avenue (not to be confused with California Street, in San Francisco).

Directions from San Francisco: From San Francisco, take the Interstate 80 Hwy East across the SF Bay Bridge toward Oakland. Stay in the left lane and, nearly mid-span on the Bridge, exit 4A on the left toward Treasure Island. Merge onto Treasure Island Road. Continue down onto the island, and head through the island entrance. Turn right at California Avenue. Our venue is located about 1/8 mile on the right. Look for signs.

Directions from Oakland: From Oakland, take Interstate 80 Hwy West across the SF Bay Bridge toward San Francisco. Parking location: On site parking is free of charge.

Tent city: There will be a designated area provided for athlete tents and camp outs.
