Bullard Law is offering two sessions on Health Care Reform 2014. 

July 30 Introductory Session(SOLD OUT)

Health Care Reform 2014 for Employers:  Let’s Get Started – This interactive session is designed
to introduce employers to how health care reform might affect them in 2014 and what steps they should
be taking now to prepare for those changes.  Employers will get an overview of the new rules, with questions, comments and sharing of experience all encouraged.  You’re welcome to come to this session by itself or to
use it as a warm-up for the advanced session the next day.

July 31 Advanced Session:

Health Care Reform 2014:  Play-or-Pay and Nondiscrimination Rules In-Depth – This advanced
session for employers already familiar with health care reform will be an in-depth, interactive examination of
how “applicable large employers” may be affected by the “play-or-pay” mandate and how any employer with
a non-grandfathered, insured medical plan may be affected by the new nondiscrimination rules.  Please come
with questions; this will be a roll-up-your-sleeves session.
