The 39th Annual CSI Trade Show at #designindy2013

The Indianapolis Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) invites you to participate in CSI Trade Show 2013, our annual COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PRODUCT SHOWCASE!  By all accounts: "It's the Best Trade Show Around"!  This is your chance to sign up and be a part of the show.  We always sell out early, so don't wait! This year we have made significant changes to provide enhanced benefit for both vendors and attendees!

Design Indy is a larger event, featuring the AIA Indianapolis meeting, the USGBC Central Indiana networking event, and the 39th Annual CSI Indianapolis Show. Design Indy will feature keynote speaker Aaron Renn, aka “The Urbanophile,” discussing Indianapolis’ past, present, and future. Of course it will also have a great Product Show, and new this year, an after party featuring the jazz duo Slammer Jazz on the patio.

NEW LOCATION!

This year we will be at The Crane Bay (www.thecranebay.com) in downtown Indianapolis, just couple blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium. This fabulous new venue, what Colts owner Jim Irsay called the “most exciting event center,” previously hosted the Rolling Stone party during the Super Bowl. Over 18,000 sf, a killer patio, and 11 acres of onsite parking!

NEW DATES AND TIMES:

The show will be held on the second Thursday in September; September 12, 2013.  The schedule of the day will be:  Exhibitor Setup from 11AM-3:30PM; Show Time from 4PM-8PM; Tear Down the same night from 8PM-9PM, though you may want to stick around for the after party on the patio.

REGISTRATION

Payment in full will be required at time of registration.  Your booth will not be reserved until the Indianapolis Chapter CSI receives full payment.  Early Bird registration ends July 15, 2013.  Current Indianapolis Chapter Platinum Sponsors will have first choice of booth. All others are on a first come, first served basis. Those who were not in last year's show or those wishing to change booth locations are encouraged to register early to be at the top of the list when booth assignments are made after August 31, 2013.  To get your prime booth location, and to save money, register today!

BOOTHS

Each 8 Foot by 10 Foot booth will include (1) 6 Foot by 2 Foot skirted table.  Tabletop exhibitors will be provided with (1) 6'x2' skirted table.  Booth rental includes an 8' high back drape and 3' high side drapes. You will have the option of renting additional tables and chairs and other display equipment. New this year: Power! Booths adjacent to any column (marked on layout) have access to power for free! Booths 24 – 56 have power, so if you need power, get in early!  Exhibits will be required to remain within the booth footprint, and must not exceed 8' in height within the back 50% of the booth or 4' in height in the front 50% of the booth.  Exhibitors may not attach booth decorations to the walls, ceilings, or any other part of the facility.  Damage resulting from such attachments shall be paid for by the Exhibitor.

Booth decorum policy: while in booth, please refrain from using electronic communication devices if communicating with someone not at the show. It is kindly requested that if you must respond to external communication or must perform tasks using an electronic device that you exit the booth until finished. Utilizing a handheld electronic device to demonstrate a product or service is allowed.

Booth “no – show” policy: Paid registrants who fail to show on September 12, 2013, without notification of a Chapter member if an emergency, will be charged $500.00 for booth re-alignment to ensure visual continuity of the show.

For the 2013 CSI Product Show, all booths are priced the same!
