It’s lonely at the top!  As the CEO or administrator of a successful home care company, you probably feel pretty good about all that you have accomplished.  Yet there are times when you wish you had someone to talk with who really understands your business, your issues, and your concerns.

Now, that opportunity is available to you through Home Care Mastermind Groups™.

Home Care MastermindMastermind indoors Groups™ are groups of 10 - 15 owners and CEOs of non-competing home care companies who get together on a regular basis to exchange ideas and information, solve problems, and provide support to one another. 

Purpose:  The purpose of a Home Care Mastermind Group™ is to provide a mechanism for groups of non-competing home care CEOs and administrators to get together for a confidential exchange of experiences, issues, problems, and solutions at regular meetings; and to receive the benefit of reliable comparative operating data.  The objective of each group is to help members improve the overall operating performance of their home care companies.

Who Can Join?

To qualify for membership in this Home Care Mastermind Group™, you must be an active owner, CEO or administrator of a $3 million private pay home care company.

  • You must be willing and able to attend and actively participate in two meetings per year of your group in locations and facilities to be selected by your group.
  • You must be willing to collect and report confidential operating data from your company
  • You must be willing to abide by the policies and procedures established by your group.
  • You may not be a competitor with any other member of the group.
  • You must be accepted in by the other members of your group.

Each company that becomes a member of this Mastermind Group will be able to bring up to three people to each meeting.  However, the CEO or Administrator must be one of the three. 

How Often Will We Meet? 

The $3 Million Mastermind Group will meet two times per year for at least two days.  Dates and locations will be determined by the group. 

How Many are in The Group?

The $3 Million Mastermind Group consists of a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 companies.  Each company may bring up to three people to each meeting. However, the CEO or Administrator must be one of the three.

What does it cost to be a member of Mastermind Group?

Total costs to participate in a group vary depending on decisions each group makes in the frequency and location of their meetings.  You should expect to spend between $6,000 and $8,000 per year for:

  • Mastermind Group Entrance Fee: $1,200 one time fee plus $300 for each additional participant for the first meeting.
  • Annual Participation Fee: $3,500
  • Travel and lodging to participate in group meetings
  • Shared expenses for group meetings, including meeting room rental, outside speakers, meals & breaks.
  • Cost of evening meals and side trips associated with the meeting location.

Note:  There is no cost or obligation when you to register at this time.  We are developing a list of companies that have an interest in exploring the opportunity to participate in this group. Once we have ten companies registered, we will contact each company representative to select dates and a location for our first meeting.  At that time, you will be asked to pay the $1,200 entrance fee. At that first meeting, you will be able to decide whether or not you would like to continue meeting with the group.
