Azione Unlimited Fall 2013 Conference

Dear Azione Unlimited Member-

It is a thrill to invite you to our fall conference in New Orleans!  We have crafted this meeting to have you in the office on Monday, be with us Tuesday, Wednesday and half of Thursday and have you back in your office on Friday!  There will be two nights and three days of hard work, newfound friends, great food, and good times.  We are mixing things up a bit this time.  In addition to guest speakers, round table and panel discussions, and one-on-one meetings, we are including some super fun team-building activities that you will NOT want to miss!  Our busy, productive and fun filled days will close with our traditional off-site dinners at great local restaurants designed especially to allow us all to mingle, learn from one another and enjoy a convivial conversation while sharing sumptuous food and drinks. 

As part of your annual membership, Azione Unlimited will pay for the meals and lodging at the Westin New Orleans Canal Place for one member of your organization.  FREE is a good price!!  Additional attendees are encouraged and welcome, but there will be a charge equal to the cost of the event.  As this is a great city, we you may want bring your spouse.  The additional attendee price includes all meals and activities for whoever you bring along.  There will be activities planned for spouses/guests to enjoy Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday while our meetings are being conducted.

Our goals for these meetings are to make friends, develop partnerships, share ideas, and have fun.  It is imperative that at least one representative from each company attend.  There is no down side to getting to know your business partners better.  We will share our goals, needs and vision to the betterment of all who invest the time at the “Fall Fete”.

1:30 - 5:15 - Kick-off, service contract, preventive maintenance agreements and extended warranty discussions, workshops and roundtables. Successful marketing ideas.

Tuesday, Sept 10- VENDOR-DEALER MEETING
5:30 - 7:15 - Kick-off, panel discussion, one-on-ones
7:15 - Leave for Rock n Bowl and bar hoping at Frenchmen's Street

Wednesday, Sept 11
8:00 - Breakfast
9:00 - 12:00 - Roundtables, one-on-ones, guest speaker
12:00 - 1:00 - Lunch
1:00 - 3:00 - Three year plan planning session and one-on-ones
3:30 - Team building - "Foot Rally"
7:00 - Off-site dinner

Thursday, Sept 12
8:30 - Breakfast
9:30 - 11:45 - Guest Speakers, discussions
11:45 - 12:30 - Lunch and Adjourn
