Join Le Pain Quotidien & Stone Barns Center for a conversation, a glass of wine, and a tasting with Alain Coumont, founder and Chief Creative Officer of Le Pain Quotidien.  In this demo-style class, learn how to recreate the famous and delicious food of Le Pain Quotidien right in your own kitchen with farm-fresh ingredients. Alain Coumont and has worked as a chef with Michel Guerard, Georges Blanc and Joel Robuchon, and is deeply dedicated to working with organic ingredients.
