On the evening of August 25th, the Dining Room at Woodlands Mansion will open for a unique charity dining event "Memories at the Mansion" benefiting Chase After a Cure. Former Woodlands' staff, executive chef Nate Whiting, sommelier Stephane Peltier and pianist Tom Bailey, will reunite in the Dining Room they helped make world famous. Whiting, the executive chef at Tristan, will prepare a five-course meal incorporating some of the classic dishes he created during his years at The Dining Room at Woodlands Resort and Inn. A pre-dinner wine tasting and perfect pairing for the dinner menu will be created by Peltier, owner of Accent on Wine in Summerville.
