• Have you have seen the TV show and thought to yourself, "I would love to do that"?

• Maybe you have even applied but not made the show?

• Well, here is your chance to see just how good you would do if that opportunity came along.

Broward House invites you to join with them in one of the most exciting, fun, and hair pulling days you will ever experience.  

On, Saturday, August 17, 2013, you and your teammate will meet at a secret location in the early in the morning hours (well 8 am).  

After doing some housekeeping chores,  getting your Amazing Race T-Shirts and backpacks, you will handed an envelope containing a clue to your first destination.

You will then take off on the trek of your life (oh, yea, did we forget to mention that they are not allowed to have a car or cell phone with them, they must rely on the kindness of others and/or their feet!)

Once you get to the correct destination you will be given a task to perform (and these tasks are not be easy !!! They will require teamwork and thought)

When you have completed your task at that stop you will be handed another envelope containing a new clue leading you to your next destination and you must do the same as the first…this will go on all day long, with a total of twenty destinations and tasks to be performed.

When you have made it to all your destinations, and completed all your tasks, you will be given one final envelope with a clue leading you to the finish line.

IF YOU COMPLETE ALL YOUR TASKS AND CROSS THE FINISH LINE FIRST YOU WILL WIN A CRUISE FOR TWO ON

and you do get to pick the cruise they want to go on !

Be prepared, these tasks will not be easy, and all destinations sign a confidentiality agreement so you will not know where you are going till you get your clue!

This will truly be a fun filled (and in some cases harried) day as along the route, just as the television show, you will encounter U-Turns and Road Blocks.

The day will definitely test the team "work together" ability! 

The cost to enter the race is just $25 per team (to cover expenses), and each team must commit to raising a minimum of $1000 in donations (not each person but per team), for Broward House.
