In this workshop, you will learn how to use email marketing to build the relationships that are the key to the success of your business.

This workshop is the first installment of a special Summer Digital Marketing Series sponsored by the Endorphin Business Center and the Southern Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce. There will be four workshops in total, and those who complete all four workshops will receive a special certificate of completion from the Southern Saratoga Chamber of Commerce!

This Workshop Will Cover:

We provide tips to increase your email deliverability and open rates, write good headlines and content, and perhaps most importantly, strategies for getting - and keeping - high quality prospects, customers and members.

Workshop Overview: Basics of email marketing and best practices (3 parts):

In order to help your business or organization reach people who use email and social media, you need to make plenty of connections and start the process of building relationships. That’s what the first part of the presentation is all about.

Connections must lead your prospects and customers to the information they need to make a purchase or a donation to your nonprofit. And, your information needs to be valuable enough to share with others. We’ll cover informing your audience in part two of the presentation.

In part three, I’ll show you how to combine your connections and your information.

This is an introductory level email marketing workshop, but everyone will learn something new to help improve their email marketing success.

You will learn how to:

1. Become a trusted email sender in the eyes of your prospects, customers, and members
2. Build your list! How to find and keep email list subscribers
3. Get your sent emails opened and read
4. Turn your readers into more frequent buyers/supporters/donators
5. Target your communications - how to get the right message to the right people at the right time
6. Use email communications to improve customer/member loyalty
7. Combine email with social media to maximize your reach and effectiveness

We'll show you how to use email marketing as the spark to drive more visitors to your website and social media platforms along with how to generate new prospects from your email marketing.

Chamber Members: $149 for series, includes certificate of completion for 8 hours of curriculum, with lunch included. 

Non-Members: $199 for series, includes lunch.
