Conference registration cancellations received on or before August 15, 2013 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received August 16-25, 2013 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. In instances where payment is outstanding, you will receive an invoice for the cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellation after August 25, 2013.
