Cancellation Policy

Occasionally, unforeseeable work demands prevent registrants from attending this event, even though they have registered.  In such instances, it is essential that the registrant CANCEL their registration in writing before August 25, 2013. Cancellations must be directed to:  Vicki Chappel at vchappel@azdor.gov.  Registering for but not attending the conference is not a form of cancellation. 

Conference registration cancellations received on or before August 15, 2013 will receive a full refund.

Cancellations received August 16-25, 2013 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. In instances where payment is outstanding, you will receive an invoice for the cancellation fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellation after August 25, 2013. 

Lodging Accommodations

We apologize but Little America is SOLD OUT. We have made arrangements with Holiday Inn (2320 E. Lucky Lane) which is directly across the street from the conference hotel.

The room rate is $108 plus tax and the room block expires on September 18, 2013 so make your reservations soon!
