	Denise Metivier has over 20 years of experience working with the Federal Government and Department of Defence as both a consultant and former CEO of a defence contract manufacturing company. Her first-hand knowledge and experience with federal contract performance have led to successful long-term relationships with the DCMA, DCAA and many other federal agencies.
	Dusty Faske is a Senior Accountant and has been with the company since 2010. He specializes in Federal Contract Compliance and helped to develop the firm’s DFARS/FAR clause compliance matrix for Management of Government Contracts. Dusty is also a member of the National Association of Government Contractors and the National Contract Management Association.
	Richard Krucher is a partner at Insero & Company CPAs, P.C. with over 25 years of experience focusing on Corporate and International Tax. He is a graduate of the State University of New York, College at Buffalo and the University of North Texas, and a licensed CPA in New York, Iowa and Texas. Richard is also a meber of the International Tax Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs.
