Excellence in Entrepreneurship Awards Luncheon 

The EKU College of Business and Technology, Kentucky Highlands Investment Corporation, and The Center for Rural Development have partnered to honor Excellence in Entrepreneurship in the Eastern and Southern Kentucky Region. The awards are presented annually at an appropriate public venue. Nominations are made by individuals and community organizations. Selection of the awards finalists and recipients are determined by a committee of partner representatives and selected external stakeholders. Nominations must reside in or have their businesses or organization located in one of the 55 counties in the Eastern and Southern Kentucky Region. The finalist and recipient for each category will be recognized at a formal luncheon on the second Monday of September at The Center for Rural Development headquarters in Somerset, Kentucky.
