Cost Principles Circulars for Pass-through and Recipient Entities 

In this last session of our Fall series we will cover each of the cost principles circulars that govern state/local governments, higher education, and non-profits.

We are very fortunate to have Emy Neumann-Javornik, from Crowe-Horwarth,  as our expert speaker.
