A five-class course designed to improve the technique and efficiency of the Olympic Lifts and all variations for Crossfitters. Each one-hour class will be devoted to either the Snatch and it's variations or the Clean and Jerk and it's variations. All athletes will pre- and post-test by performing the bench mark workouts Isabel and Grace, and at the end of the course will establish a one rep max Snatch, and Clean and Jerk.

Coach Scott Edson
The 5-week Olympic Lifting Program will be coached by CrossFit Freedom's very own, Scott Edson. Prior to working with CrossFit Freedom, Scott coached multiple Olympic Weightlifting National Competitors.
While obtaining his Undergrad and Graduate degrees at the University of Northern Iowa, Scott was the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for UNI Baseball and Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for UNI Football and Wrestling.
