You don't have to be a martial arts guru to protect yourself from an assault. The UMAA Queer Self Defense Workshop will cover effective and practical self defense strategies. We welcome people of all ages (21+), and all abilities. Our instructors have over 45 years experience teaching self-defense. Participants will learn de-escalation skills, defensive skills and counter assault tactics. We have limited space, so enroll early to assure your place in the workshop!
