Plan for two and a half days of speakers, handouts, associated vendor displays, and networking with some of the best people we know! In addition, Roger Rubin will host a 1/2 day pre-conference seminar, What Do Men Want? on Wednesday, Oct 23rd, and Iris Hatfield will present a post-conference Cursive Coach Certification workshop after the Conference ends on Saturday, Oct 26.
For the first time ever, for those who cannot attend, we are offering a Live Broadcast of the Conference. Granted, those folks will miss out on the weather, the hotel, and the beach, and they won't get to network or discuss the future of Graphology with the rest of us...but they will be able to see the presentations of each of the speakers, and download the handouts in PDF format.

The AHAF/AAHA Annual Conference offers you the unique opportunity to put your products and your company in front of hundreds of handwriting analysts all over the world with a conference display, as well as advertise your business in our program. Or, you can announce your support and well-wishes. We offer table space for you and our vendors during breaks and lunches to provide displays and demonstrations of innovative technologies that apply to handwriting analysis.
The program booklet will be online with your advertising eight days prior to the Conference and for two weeks afterwards. Hundreds of graphologists, handwriting experts, document examiners, criminologists, psychologists, human resource specialists, occupational therapists, and graphological associations around the world will have access to your information!
With the program booklet going online beginning October 15th, the links to your website will be live. Your photo or logo, phone, email contact information, and website link will appear just as it does in the Conference Program.
With your registration, you will be contacted for the mock-up of your ad. We will publish the information in the format you as provide us. AHAF is a 501-(c)6 non-profit business organization, and the fees for the advertisements will assist us in covering the costs of the program guide in both printed and online formats.
Display tables are available to showcase your books, business, or other related products to conference attendees during breaks and lunch times.
With your registration for advertisement or vendor tables, you will be contacted for details. Vendor showcase begins at 9:00 a.m. on October 24, 2013, and ends at 12:30 PM p.m. on October 26. Booth setup begins at 8:00 on October 24. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by October 15 will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).
Each vendor will provide a prize for a drawing, valued at $25 or greater. Discounts will be offered to vendors who also provide program ads or donations of services, merchandise, or products for the Conference tote bags or drawings. Prizes, etc. can be sent in advance.
