90 Days To Sales Success

(MasterMind) 

Once a week sales MasterMind accountability group. Journal, make practical goals, improve techniques, adjust marketing strategies, practice follow-up skills, automate processes, increase your closing ratio and improve your bottom line.

Increasing cash flow and profit often comes down to increasing the numbers of sales made. When we start our own business we sometimes don’t think of ourselves as salespeople. The problem is that someone needs to sell something regularly and effectively for the money to come in.

Talented salespeople can create for themselves the highest of incomes. Compared to other professions that require years of technical training in order to begin sales can offer a lucrative career in a few short years if skills are acquired and practiced.

There are no real secrets to making sales. There are simply processes that need to be followed. A certain number of people need to be contacted and met with. Sales get made and then follow-ups need to take place with those who bought before and with those that did not. Systems can be automated to get a funnel of activity happening. Marketing can be implemented to support the whole process.

Consistency is important. Goal setting is critical. Accountability is a must. No matter what your previous experience has been skills can be honed and improved.

This is a 90 day MasterMind to take the mystery out of sales and help you reach the goals that you set.

The requirements to attend are:

  • A commitment to attending in person a 90 minute session every two weeks. (Monday afternoons)
  • A commitment to meet for a one hour online session the consecutive weeks. (Monday afternoons)
  • $500 up front for all non- MasterMind members of the CIBN.
  • You must have a product or service to sell.

There will be a maximum of 8 participants for this MasterMind. Sessions begin Monday September 23rd at 2:00pm. The ideal candidates should be:

  • A full or part-time sales person with a desire to increase their closing ratio or
  • A business owner who is responsible for increasing their revenue or
  • An entrepreneur wanting to more fully understand the sales process with the idea of multiplying it for future teams.

 

 

This MasterMind Project is $500 up front for the entire 90 days of the program. You must preregister to attend and fill out all of the questions at the time of registration. A journal, workbook and other materials are provided for those who participate.
