17th Annual Golf Tournament

KOGA's Annual Meeting will kick off with the 17th Annual Golf Tournament at Fuzzy Zoeller's Covered Bridge Golf Course on Tuesday, July 15th with a shotgun start at 10am.  It will be a four person scramble format with lunch and a beverage cart provided. Prizes for the longest drive, longest putt, closest to the pin and first, second and third place.

Join a 'Dine Around' Dinner in Louisville
Tuesday, July 15th
- 7:30 p.m.

For those of you who haven't heard of the "Dine Around" dinner, it's a casual dining experience with fellow KOGA attendees who want to enjoy a nice meal and interesting conversation. Dine Around attendees will be responsible to pay for their own meal, drinks, and associated tip.  The Dine Arounds are offered to the KOGA conference attendees as yet another way to help you make the most of your conference and connect with your colleagues.

There will be three groups and space will be limited to 8-10, if interested contact Astrud Masterson at astrudmasterson@kyoilgas.org and let her know which of the below groups you would like to join.

Welcome Reception

A Welcome Reception will be held in the exhibit area at the Hyatt Regency Louisville from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m on Wednesday, July 16th.  This reception will provide the opportunity for  all attendees to visit with our exhibitors and get those signatures for the Exhibitor Passport Program giveaway!

Night Out Event

KOGA has a special 'Night Out Event' planned on Wednesday, July 16th at The Gillespie - a historic location in Louisville.  The event will be held from 6:00 p.m. -
8:00 p.m.  Located just around the corner from the Hyatt this location will give attendees a taste of historic Louisville.

Keynote Luncheon Speaker 


Dr. Carl Hurley will be the Keynote Lucheon speaker at KOGA's Annual Meeting on Thursday, July 17th. Carl grew up in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky and now resides in Lexington.  Carl will bring a humorous message to the membership to round out KOGA's 78th Annual Meeting. We hope that you will join us!

Cancellations received prior to Monday, June 30, 2014 are entitled to a full refund.  No refunds will be given after July 1, 2014. Refunds will not be made for "no shows."
