Let's Cook Local: Totally Tomatoes!
Lets Cook Local Totally Tomatoes is a vegan cooking class focusing on utilizing summer's bounty of our favorite red fruit!
Cost $25 per person

Students will learn to make a dairy free cream sauce, noodles without flour, and a richly flavored summer soup. Sure, tomatoes are great sliced in sandwiches or diced in salads, but lets get creative with our warm weather cooking! Recipes include Zucchini Pasta with Cheezy Tomato Sauce, Tofu in a Creamy Indian Tomato Sauce, and Roasted Tomato and Basil Soup. As an added bonus, each recipe can easily be on the table in 30 minutes or less. This class is meat, dairy, and egg free.
