The "2013 Conference on the Beach" provides vendors with options for Sponsorship Packages, or the ability to select any of the advertising venues that best meet their needs.

  • Sponsorship Packages (provides ads, displays, and unique opportinities to provide product awareness and demonstrations)
  • Display Table only (to showcase your products and services to our conference and webinar attendees)
  • Program Advertisements (in print, and online.  This conferene program will be available online with live links to your website from October 15-November 15)

Levels of Sponsorship:

CONFERENCE TOTE BAG SPONSORSHIP - $1,000
This premium sponsorship presents the opportunity for your logo to be printed on the front side of the conference tote bag, underneath the conference logo/dates.   This package includes:

* Your logo printed on front of conference tote bag
* Display table at back of room on the day of your choice
* 1/2 page ad in program.   Advertisements in our program booklet will present live links online to your website and email from October 15 through November 15, 2013 
* 20% discount on posted ad sizes if you wish to purchase a larger ad.  

PLATINUM vendor package - $1,000
Sponsor Friday or Saturday breaks (30 min long).  This package includes:

* Display table at back of room
* 1/2 page ad in program.  Advertisements in our program booklet will present live links online to your website and email from October 15 through November 15, 2013 
* 20% discount on posted ad sizes if you wish to purchase a larger ad.
* Placement of promotional items at each table/seat
* 3-minute commercial time to address group at start of break

GOLD vendor package - $750
Sponsor Thursday morning break (20 min long).  This package includes:

* Display table at back of room
* 1/2 page ad in program.  Advertisements in our program booklet will present live links online to your website and email from October 15 through November 15, 2013 
* 20% discount on posted ad sizes if you wish to purchase a larger ad.
* Placement of promotional items at each table/seat
* 3-minute commercial time to address group at start of break

DIAMOND vendor package - $500
Sponsor Thursday afternoon break (10 min long).  This package includes:

* Display table at back of room
* Business-card ad in program.  
Advertisements in our program booklet will present live links online to your website and email from October 15 through November 15, 2013 
* 20% discount on posted ad sizes if you wish to purchase a larger ad 
* 1-minute commercial time to address group at start of break 


FOR ALL DISPLAY SPONSORS:

  1. We will provide recognition of your sponsorship at start of conference and during our final awards luncheon at close of conference.
  2. We will provide mentions of your display or products throughout the conference as time allows.
  3. As a participating vendor, we ask you to provide a gift with a value of $25 or more for our door prizes.
  4. You will have the ability to provide promotional materials for conference participants at ttheir tables and may include these inside conference tote bag. 
  5. Skirted 8x2' tables will be provided around the perimeter of the Conference hall.  Electrical Connectivity is available separately.

Break 10:30 to 11:00 AM
Lunch 12:00 to 1:30 PM

Lunch:  12:00 to 1:30 PM

Recognition Luncheon: 12:00 to 1:30 PM

Display tables are available per day.   When registering, please click on specific day or days you wish to provide your services.

Display your business, services,  products or support by utilizing our program booklet advertisement space.  This booklet will be available to all conference attendees as well as available online (which means all links to your website are LIVE from October 15 through November 15).
