Fright & A Bite 

On Saturday September 21^st join us for one or the other or join us for both as our HD Community gathers for “Fright and a Bite”.  Register now!  

Fright – Getting a great group rate price, we will be visiting Terror Behind the Walls, a massive haunted house in a real prison/the Eastern State Penitentiary.  Terror Behind the Walls is “one of the nation’s largest and most ambitious and top-rated haunted attractions”.

• Who – The Huntington’s disease community family and friends.  This event is not recommended for kids under that age of 13.  Kids under that age of 7 are not permitted on the site.
• What – Group rate tour, Terror Behind the Walls, at Eastern State Penitentiary.
• When – September 21, 2013 meeting at 6 PM for a 6:30 PM tour.
• Where - 2027 Fairmount Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19130.
• Cost – For Terror Behind the Walls Tour Only - $13 per person.

A Bite – We will also enjoy a meal together at Jack’s Firehouse, “Philadelphia’s Best Restaurant for Great American Cooking.” 

• Who – The Huntington’s disease community family and friends.
• What – A three course Fright Bite. (click on link to see menu options)
• When – September 21, 2013 meeting at 7:30 PM. 
• Where – Jack’s Firehouse, 2130 Fairmount Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19130. (directly across the street from the Eastern State Penitentiary) (We will have a private dining room if we have 25 or more joining us)
• Cost – For our 3 course meal is $35 per person and includes soft drinks.  (Other beverages will be available for individual purchase at the bar) (The meal is being partially subsidized by Philly Cure HD)  

Or do both the Fright (Terror Behind the Walls) and a Bite the (Dinner at Jack’s Firehouse)

• When - Meet at 7:00 for the Fright & dinner, Bite, starts at 7:30, or directly after the tour.
• Cost – For both is - $48 per person.                      

 Registration and Payment for Fright, Bite, or Fright & A Bite should be received no later than 9/5/13
