Paradox Sports Veterans 9/11 Yosemite Climb 

Join us for this historic partnership between Paradox Sports, Yosemite National Park and veterans of the US military service.  Sept 9-12 we are gathering up to 30 veterans with various physical adaptive needs to celebrate our Parks, stewardship and overcoming adversity. 

Multiple rock climbing summits of several formations in the Park will occur together on Sept 11 including a 3-person team on the first all-veteran ascent of El Capitan which includes Chad Jukes, Mike Kirby and Skiy Detray. 

Participants are responsible for travel to and from the event but all fees, meals and guide services are covered by Paradox Sports during the event.

Tentative schedule:

Sept 9 - Arrival, orientation, team dinner.

Sept 10 - Half dome team heads to Little Yosemite Valley. Other teams stay for yoga, stewardship project, hiking, climbing, and more.

Sept 11 - Summit day and return to group site for team dinner and celebration party!

Sept 12 - Yoga, team hike and discussion, lunch, depart.
