Agents will learn about product options and review the plan designs and guidelines identified by CMS and specific to the plans. By attending this course, agents will gain insightful information about the deductibles, copayments and unique plan features. Training will provide participants with increased knowledge of the health care options available and ability to accurately explain the products, therefore enhancing the customer experience
