Professional Development Workshop - Fall 2013
WHEN: Wednesdays, September 24-November 5, from 2-3:30 PM
WHAT: 7-week, Christ-centered workshop for job seekers. Participants use a 6-step process and “Explorer Guide” – tools to find calling and purpose, prepare resumes, prep for interviews, network and more!

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Jim Johnston is a retired Human Resources Professional with 32 years of diversified HR experience with Reynolds Metals Company and Kaiser Aluminum. He holds BS and MS degrees in Industrial Psychology and is a former adjunct instructor at John Tyler Community College. His HR background includes labor relations, safety management, recruiting, interviewing and selection of professional, managerial, sales and technical talent. Jim is a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and has been a facilitator for Needles Eye Ministries’ Career Transition Group since 2007.
