LPAS was selected as the Architect for the California Lottery's new Headquarters.  LPAS is a team of talented multidiscipline design professionals with a 30-year history of providing creative design solutions. Building Features

• First building in Sacramento to install a Stat-X fire suppression system.  (non-toxic dry agent)
• Unique feature:
  • Ice storage tanks – 39,600 gallons
  • Radiant heat flooring
  • Green roofs
  • PV’s (2.5%)
  • Daylight harvesting

• Curtainwall system -There are 713 units or 292,600 pieces that comprise the Curtainwall system.  79,000 square feet of glazing and panel systems.
• Some of the prominent Curtainwall features are the:
  • West and East Fly By’s which cantilever off the end of the building
  • South Entrance Cable Net Point Supported Structural Glass Wall
  • LED Feature that spans around the East End of the Building
  • All of the curtain wall systems are custom to this project.  Over 100 custom profile extrusions were used on the project.  Of the custom profiles, over 50 of them are entirely custom to this project alone.
  • Copper plated glass over the 2 main.
