Mapping the Middle: A Guide to All Things Tween 

Please join us for our 4th Annual Mapping the Middle:  A Guide to All Things Tween for Parents and Youth. This event is Free! Participants will hear from experts on topics such as tween development, emotions, diet, bullying prevention and the latest research on the importance of eating family meals.

Tweens ages 10-13 may attend the youth component of Mapping the Middle while adults attend the parent component.  Tykes & Teens therapist, Katherine Bernhard, M.Ed., Ed. S (registered mental health counseling intern) and her facilitators will be providing a psycho-educational group promoting peace and empowerment from 9:30am to 12:30pm. *Snacks will be provided to youth.
