All small businesses are welcome but content will be most relevant to those in business at least 3 years.

Participants may attend the entire series or only those sessions that fit their calendar. Individual evites will be sent out electronically for each workshop. Please register separately at www.scorenorwalk.org so we can plan adequate distribution of handouts.


This workshop covers an interactive assessment tool that scores how well your business operates and provides an analysis of what you can do to improve business performance.

You will learn:

  • How the assessment tool works: structure, scoring and results.
  • The assessment results for 35 businesses that have undergone this assessment.
  • How you can apply this tool to your business.
  • How SCORE can help you utilize this tool.
