Join us for an energizing and balancing Yoga class incorporating the healing tones of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. This unique Yogic experience combines a chakra-themed vinyasa practice, led by Dayanand, with the tones of the singing bowls played by Valarie and Native Flutes, and more by Ian during the yoga practice. The tones of the bowls resonate with each of the seven chakras stimulating and opening the energy centers, and deepening your awareness. Bliss out with an extended shavasana Sound Journey as you harmonize with other sound healing instruments such as Native American Flutes, Himalayan Bowls, Gongs, Monochords, and more. This is a Yoga experience like none other!
Please wear comfortable clothing. There will be limited yoga mats, and props available for use - so please bring what ever comforts for the floor you will need.
