All small businesses are welcome but content will be most relevant to those in business at least 3 years.
Participants may attend the entire series or only those sessions that fit their calendar. Individual evites will be sent out electronically for each workshop. Please register separately at www.scorenorwalk.org so we can plan adequate distribution of handouts.
This workshop will show how you can build a detailed and achievable plan to grow your business by a little or a lot, depending on your business goals. This is an interactive session.
You will learn:
- A review of the key financial statements that form the tools for business growth.
- How to segment your business to isolate the opportunities for growth.
- Some example strategies you can use to execute the growth you seek.
- Some example business cases that illustrate the uses of the growth tools.
- Examples of how you can convert these tools into a plan for growth.
