Survival to Sustainability 

A session for women 1- 5 years post maternity

 

A session designed specifically for women who have returned to work in the past 1 - 5 years. It will explore what it takes to create sustainable success as a working mother, looking at career and life planning and the communication strategies needed to succeed.

Participants come away with a deeper understanding of their situation, practical advice and the confidence to positively and pro-actively manage their work & home lives. 

Our expert coaches will concentrate on developing self-awareness and authenticity as integral parts of a plan for longer term career development and will cover areas such as:

• Reflecting on what you have learned through the maternity transition and return to work.
• Self awareness around what is going well and areas where adjustments need to be made.
• Clarifying your priorities and drivers as both a mother and a professional.
• Developing the criteria for future growth - what does authentic career progression mean to you? What is important over the next five years?
• Establishing behaviours and habits which will help you achieve sustainable development.
• Investigating enablers which research shows support sustained success.
