What is Love? What is Intimacy? What is Sexuality?
When you answer these questions, whose voices do you hear inside your head?
Yours? Your parents'? Society's?
Most of us have had our experiences of Love, Intimacy and Sexuality linked, unconsciously,
with fear. Or guilt. Or shame. And it keeps us from being fully alive.
Pathways to Intimacy is a powerful, day-long workshop that will show you how quickly and easily deep, meaningful connections with others can be created. This workshop offers a potent combination of carefully crafted exercises designed to move you to a deeper understanding of yourself, love, and relationships.
This is your opportunity to:
- Examine and rid yourself of self-limiting notions of love and relating
- Discover the incredible power of opening up to others and sharing your authentic self
- Learn new perspectives on asking for, and receiving, what you want
- Uncover and let go of fears and self-judgments
- Practice saying 'no' and 'yes', and clearly set your own boundaries
- Experience clarity, honesty, depth, and trust in relationships
This workshop will be held at the Boulder Marriott and runs a full day, from 9:15am to 5:30pm.
