Everybody experiences stress at times and it's important to find healthy ways to manage it. This 4-week Stress Less class will provide simple yet powerful tools to improve your stress management skills. Through mind/body exercises, you will learn to navigate work and life stressors with increased ease and confidence. The class will also provide an opportunity through group coaching to set personal goals, work on procrastination and learn the power of saying NO. It will be a nice opportunity to connect with others who are also looking to decrease stress, and start living life more fully.
While we encourage you to come to all four classes, they don't build on each other so you're welcome to come to any of them individually and will still gain a great deal from them.
