Regional Raze Kick-off Event in Morgantown

This event is open to Regions A, B, C, and D. Please register all crew members that will be attending. You will need to list each crew member's name, t-shirt size, age, and any allergies. After registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to print off permission slips. All members attending must submit a completed permission slip to the American Lung Association before October 26th. Registration for this event closes on October 19th or once the limit of 400 attendees has been reached.  

 Do not register until you are able to enter all of your crew members attending. You can't go back and edit once you have registered!
