Customers connect with stories, whether they are told through case studies, pictures, testimonials or videos. But what is your story and how can you present it in a way that works with your customers? You’ll leave this workshop with new insight into both the general theory of story-telling and the specific path toward a great story for your retail, nonprofit, manufacturing or service company.
Sharon Bailly, of TWP Marketing and Technical Communications, founded her business in 1999 to help businesses reach their customers in websites, blogs, print and e-newsletters, success stories and white papers. She writes for technology, manufacturing, retail and service companies. Her articles have appeared in Women’s Business, Minority Engineer, ezine, and Mass High Tech, among other publications.
