All vendors are welcome at our events. We do no profit sharing. You simply purchase the space (10x10 or the size you need). Once you set up, any profits belong to you. We do not set prices for drinks or food. All prices are set by the individual vendors. Once you have decided to become a vendor, please call our offices for more information
What is included in the purchase price of the space?
Rene’s Productions charges a flat fee for the purchase of your space. You are purchasing space only. You are responsible for electricity, tents, decoration, water, etc.
What licenses do I need?
As a vendor, it is your responsibility to adhere to all government laws and regulations. Most importantly, if you are a food vendor you must be licensed or prepare to be licensed at the event. Please click here for more information.
Can I sell liquor?
No, there is no selling of alcoholic beverages by any private vendor.
I'm a food vendor; How much space will I have at the event?
Food booth spaces are 10x30 total. This should give you enough room to prepare and serve your meals under a tent and cook outside of the tent.
Is there electricity or water available?
There is NO water or electricity available at the event. Please make sure that you have what you need.
Are there any other fees?
Rene's Productions does not charge any other fees. However, if you are preparing or selling food you will need a Health Department license. On the day of the event, the health inspectors will inspect your location and give you a license on the spot for a separate fee. Please click here for more information.

Someone will be in touch with you the next business day. We will go over all of your questions and help you select your location within the event.
