About the Presenter:

Julia Gaskill, Executive Director, Young Musicians Foundation

Julia Gaskill has more than twenty years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Julia has served as an executive fundraising professional, board member and community organizer. Her extensive fund development experience has included building new private sector programs to diversify revenue streams and create lasting relationships with donors; analyzing nonprofit management systems and making recommendations for organizational effectiveness; strategic planning and capital campaign development. Her work experience with social service agencies and her personal passion for the music world bring a unique perspective to her current role as Executive Director of the Young Musicians Foundation (YMF).
