Annual Meeting 2013

You are cordially invited to join the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest, Minnesota Chapter, for its 2013 Annual Meeting.

This year’s Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at the Germanic-American Institute (GAI) located on 301 Summit Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55102, starting at 6:00pm.

Our honored guest and speaker will be David Braun, Chairman of the German American Chamber of Commerce. Also, David Braun is a partner of the law firm Quarles & Brady in Chicago. Representing the interests of German clients in their U.S. businesses and business transactions is his main focus, while his fields of specialization are corporate, M&A, commercial and antitrust law. David Braun will be speaking about the role of the AHK system, its importance to the German economy and the German-American business relations, and of course what the organization means to our members.

We cordially invite all members to a business card exchange and social hour, followed by a brief Annual Meeting as well as David Braun’s speech.

During the Annual Meeting, our President Lübbert Kruizenga will speak about this year’s Chamber Highlights as well as inform about all the membership benefits that come along with the revised fee structure as of 2014. Besides, the election of directors is on the agenda as well.

The price of the event is $25.00 per person including a rich appetizer buffet, wine and other beverages.
