Join us for Europe's largest one-day online recruitment conference on Thursday 30th January 2014 in Central London.
The Year Ahead Online Recruitment Conference, now in its 12th year, is a one-day event that explores the upcoming changes and developments in the industry for “the year ahead”. It is Europe’s largest and longest running conference attracting 400-500 senior HR and recruitment industry figures. This year the conference will be held in the impressive Royal Geographic Society building in central London on Thursday 30th January 2014.
Each year we invite a select number of high-profile and thought-provoking speakers to provide engaging presentations, industry insight as well discussions on real-world issues that recruiters face online.
In 2014, we have our most impressive line-up of speakers yet to date. Confirmed speakers include figures from well-known brands such as Google as well as our very own Director, Giles Guest.
How to book
Booking online for the Online Recruitment Conference: The Year Ahead 2014 is simple and easy.... Just click on the 'Register Now!' button below to go through to our online booking form.
This form requests all of your details and will enable you to book your space(s) and submit payment by paypal or credit card. If you require an invoice for your booking please complete the form in detail and select 'pay by check' as the payment option. We will then send you an invoice to be paid within 7 days of receipt. Please note that all tickets prices are subject to VAT. Prices on the online booking form are quoted with VAT included.
That's right, now that you are planning to attend our 2014 conference, if you recommend the event to a friend and they book to come along as well, we will send you a bottle of champagne to say thank you!
Make sure that they quote your unique booking number or name in the Referral Code part of the booking form so that we can identify the referral. Then a bottle of champagne will find its way to you… Enjoy!
By booking online you confirm your agreement to the following Booking Conditions:
• Your space at the conference is not confirmed until full payment is made. No entry to the event will be allowed without full payment by cheque, bank transfer or paypal • We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties • An email will be sent to you on receipt of booking to confirm your space(s) • Last date for payment is 1 week prior to the event – Thursday 23rd January 2014 (subject to availability) • If payment is not received in full by 28th February 2013, a late payment fee of an additional £100 will apply • All costs are subject to VAT • Your fee includes documentation, refreshments and a boxed lunch • You do not need to book a space for the main auditorium speakers. Spaces on the masterclasses are issues on a first-come-first-served basis. Once these masterclasses are full then we will accept no more bookings. • If a delegate is unable to attend a substitute delegate is welcome, provided Enhance Media are informed in writing 24 hours before the event • If a delegate place is cancelled, and this is done more than two weeks before the conference, a charge of £100 + VAT will apply • If a delegate place is cancelled less than two weeks before the conference then no refund will be issued • Cancellation of delegate places will only be accepted if they are submitted in writing (contact firstname.lastname@example.org) and subsequently acknowledged in writing by return • It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Enhance Media Ltd. to alter the content, timings or venue. Enhance Media Ltd. will not accept any liability for any losses due to alterations. In the event of an altered or reduced schedule due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g. weather) but with the conference still going ahead, no refunds will be given. In the event that the conference is cancelled due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, the event will be rescheduled. All tickets for the original event will be valid for the rescheduled date. If a delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled date a refund will not be issued but the ticket can be transferred to a colleague or friend without charge, provided Enhance Media Ltd. are notified in writing no less than 10 days before the rescheduled event • For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the conference and the output used for marketing and promotional purposes. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise email@example.com prior to the event • By submitting registration details, delegates agree to allow Enhance Media and companies associated with the conference to contact them regarding their services. Delegates who do not wish to receive such communications should email firstname.lastname@example.org. The names of registered delegates will be placed on the attendee list which may be passed to all attendees, to sponsoring companies and made available online for interested parties to see who is at the conference. Delegates who do not wish to be included on this list should email email@example.com.
