AIHEC is pleased to host our Fall 2013 Board of Directors meeting at the historic Hotel Alex Johnson in Rapid City, SD. Pre-meeting briefing for New Presidents and a Membership Committee meeting will be on Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013. Regular committee/board meetings will be on Oct. 28-29. NIEA's annual conference follows our meeting in Rapid City.
To reserve your hotel room: Call 605.342.1210. Ask for the AIHEC Board of Directors Meeting Room Block. ($69.00 night, $10/additional person in same room.) PLEASE RESERVE YOUR HOTEL ROOM(S) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. AIHEC has secured a room block, but to ensure that you receive our very reasonable meeting rate, please call the hotel ASAP. The room block expires permanently on Oct 1, 2013. However, if all rooms are taken before that time the block will expire. (NOTE: registering from this website only registers you to attend the meeting. To secure lodging, you must call the hotel.)
