The New Beginnings Ball will be an elegant evening to celebrate humane treatment and rescue of Milwaukee area dogs and to raise funds to continue the campaigns and programs of the Brew City Bully Club.

We work with some of Milwaukee's neediest dogs and raise awareness for their need to be loved and rescued.  We provide the opportunity for new beginnings to so many lovable and deserving homeless dogs!

Wear your best cocktail attire for complimentary cocktails, fabulous food, silent auction, live entertainment, guest speakers, Rescue Ambassadors in tuxes and fancy dresses, and dancing...

We hope you'll be a part of the solution at the New Beginnings Ball!

Guest Speaker - Roo Yori

Andrew “Roo” Yori lives in Rochester, MN with his wife, Clara, and their 4 adopted dogs, Angus, Mindy Lou, Scooby Snack, and Hector. Roo and Clara have been involved with helping homeless dogs since they adopted their first dogs in 2002. Their work started to gain widespread recognition when Roo started to compete in the sport of Canine Flying Disc with their late dog Wallace the Pit Bull. They went on to win a World Championship and National Championship in their sport, have been featured in media all across the globe, and are the subject of Jim Gorant’s latest book, “Wallace”. Roo has started the Wallace the Pit Bull Foundation to continue Wallace’s legacy. The Yoris’ work with Wallace allowed for them to also adopt Hector, one of the dogs rescued from the Michael Vick dog fighting case. Hector is a Certified Therapy Dog, and has been featured in local and national media as well. Roo’s motto is “Talk less. Do more”, and he strives to let the dogs represent themselves through their good actions.
