Facilitating Workgroups and Increasing Prosocial Behaviors

Facilitating Workgroups and Increasing Prosocial Behaviors is the result of work with Steve Hayes, David Sloan Wilson and others working on the ProSocial project. We engage with workgroups to increase both individual and group flexibility. Come and start learning how to do "Two Loops Around the Matrix."

Facilitating meetings can be tricky if members of a workgroup are a bit "stuck," so facilitators often start with a start-up routine to break the chill. Two loops around the Matrix diagram is an extrememely powerful way of quickly increasing both individual flexibility and psychological safety.

During this webinar you will learn the basics of how to engage any workgroup in this process, and then move on to the agenda for the meeting.
