Working SMART Goals with the Matrix

Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound=SMART. This way of defining goals at has gotten into businesses around the world, and even found its way into treatment plans. This webinar will show you how to add the kind and simple, yet brutally powerful Matrix to turbocharge the SMART goal process.

This webinar is for anyone who wants to learn how to really charge up the SMART goals process by adding on the Matrix point of view.

You will learn:

  • How to set up a more reinforcing process using the Matix.
  • How to build psychological flexibility for creating SMART goals.
  • How to identify the barriers that get in the way of even creating SMART goals (This is a topic that the usual SMART goals work leaves untouched.)

Why is this training special: We are combining the elegant and powerful Matrix point of view with the very pratical SMART goals. This is a winning combination.

Steve Hayes, co-founder of ACT says, “The Matrix opens the door to ACT in a way that is direct, simple, and useful. Kevin is not just its developer: he a master in its use. He lays down a great foundation for a more psychologically flexible approach to life and work.”

Your Presenter: Kevin Polk is a simplifier and explainer of difficult topics. After more than ten thousand hours he arrived at the Matrix diagram, an almost instantly usable diagram of the Acceptance and Commitment process. He now spends much of his time combining the matrix point of view with other useful tools.
