The Matrix with Smoking Cessation

For many people quitting smoking is just plain hard to do. Come learn a gentle, but ultimately brutally powerful way of influencing others toward less (or no) smoking. You use the matrix diagram and the person's own experiences as powerful motivators for change. All this while still having a pretty good time.

This webinar is for anyone who comes into contact with people who might be thinking about quiting smoking (including themself), and who wants a quick and powerful way of helping the person along in the process.

You will learn:

  • How to set up the Matrix point of view related to smoking cessation.
  • How to increase people's awareness of the addictive process and give them other stuff to do (instead of using tobacco).
  • How to influence people toward more healthy behaviors in general, including less tobacco use.

In no other webinar will you see smoking cessation presented in such a kind, non-judgmental way. This approach allows the client to motivate the self, rather then outside forces trying to force them to quit. We all like that approach.

Steve Hayes, co-founder of ACT says, “The Matrix opens the door to ACT in a way that is direct, simple, and useful. Kevin is not just its developer: he a master in its use. He lays down a great foundation for a more psychologically flexible approach to life and work.”

Kevin Polk is a happily married father of three. It so happens he is an ex-smoker of some 30 years, so he knows the territory. He also knows the Acceptacne and Commitment process rather well. Along with being a peer-reviewed trainer, he is fairly well known as a simplifier and explainer. He invites you to come to powerful work and have fun at the same time.
