The Matrix and Exercise 

 

Note: This is session one of two webinars. The next will be Oct 29, 2013 at 8pm EST. After the first you will try what you learned. During session two we will review what you learned during the process.

The only true "miracle drug" is exercise. Lot's of research backs this up, and deep down we all know it. However, doing it is another matter as much stuff shows up and gets in the way. Come learn the matrix-style way to increasing exercise until it's at healthy levels.

This webinar if for anyone who would like to increase (or maintain) exercise.

This is the first time I have presented about increasing exercise in a webinar (2 sessions). I've done it many times during live training, but have never gotten around to a webinar. If you are not familiar with the matrix...it's just a diagram of a process. However, the process is powerful and the diagram easily gets stuck in your head. If you point the process toward exercise, chances are good you will find your self exercising more for years to come.
