The Matrix and Time Management (2 Sessions)

Note: This training is over two sessions. After the first session you will try out what you have learned for a week. Then in session two we will work on any rough spots you noticed and learned.

The matrix is always ultimately about time management; the shifting of time from stuck Away processes to flexible Toward processes. Come learn how to combine up the matrix with traditional time management training to create a whiz-bang-effective way of dividing 24 hours.

This webinar is for anyone who needs to manage time.

You will learn:

  • How to make multiple values living a lot more possible.
  • How to 'shift time' slowly with great effect.
  • How to almost effortlessly deal with your stuck spots.

This webinar makes time management about as easy as you can get it. You use the basic learning process that you have know since birth instead of a bunch of verbal rules you can't remember anyway. Most time management training is trying to get you to follow some daily agenda that gets blown in the first hour. Using the matrix you quickly and organically learn your way to that sense of satisfaction you get from a day well spent.

Steve Hayes, co-founder of ACT says, “The Matrix opens the door to ACT in a way that is direct, simple, and useful. Kevin is not just its developer: he a master in its use. He lays down a great foundation for a more psychologically flexible approach to life and work.”

Twenty five years before developing the matrix Kevin taught time management, and has done so right into the matrix years. He long ago realized that the old time management stuff was about power and control, and power and control are just to hard to keep up for very long. He now shows people the matrix, a bit about time and spending it, and people learn their own way into that sense of satisfaction that somes with workable living.
