18th Annual Rose Hill Rally

RIDE THE RALLY

St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation is proud to sponsor a 100K (62 miles) and 50K (31 miles) Spring bike ride on Sunday, May 4, 2014.  Join us for the 18th Annual Rose Hill Rally, a relaxing family bike tour!  Proceeds benefit Rose Hill  Hospitality House, a guest house for St. Mary’s out of town patients and their families.  The ride will begin and end at Canyon View Park (24 Rd exit off of I-70)  .

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

 You can register starting at 6am the morning of the ride at the park.  We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

 Adult: $35  (without t-shirt)  

Children 12 & under: $25 (without t-shirt)  

 

PRIZE DRAWING & SILENT AUCTION

 Each rider bag has a “Raffle Ticket” stapled to it.  That raffle ticket corresponds to a ticket contained in the prize drawing recepticle.  Prize drawings will be started at about 12:15 p.m. “Winners” will have until 1 p.m. to select a prize from those prizes left on the “Prize Table” on a first come, first served basis. ONLY WINNERS WILL BE ABLE TO SELECT PRIZES.  MOST PRIZES ARE NOT EXCHANGABLE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE, COLOR, ETC.

 Any prizes remaining on the “Prize Table” at 1 p.m. will be raffled off until all of the prizes are gone or given away to those riders remaining at the site.  

SILENT AUCTION

The following items will be the subject of a Silent Auction. The silent auction will end at 12:45 p.m. You do not have to be present to win.  Each item will have a starting bid and additional bids at $5 increments.
